I appreciated the pool and sauna. They were very clean and well-kept! the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i found the rooftop shared kitchen area especially useful. it had all the equipment needed to prepare a simple meal.
The internet connection was slow at times. It occasionally disconnected during video calls.

the front desk staff was always available and ready to assist. they helped me with directions and information about local transport. i saw that staff members were consistently checking in and chatting with the guests.

the hotel has good connectivity with a tube station close by. it is only a five-minute walk to the nearest tube station. i noted it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the notting hill area.

The staff felt so attentive. William at reception always had a smile. The gym include great equipment. I used the pool every day, it was pristine. The environment appear friendly and casual.
I found that the double bed was actually a twin. It felt very small. The mirrors in the bathroom sat a little too low.

mixed feelings about this stay
small bedspotty internet
the bed in the studio felt smaller than expected i think it was a twin not a double. this made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. also the internet connection was spotty it kept disconnecting which was frustrating when i needed to work.

mixed feelings after my stay.
small roomthin walls
I was a bit let down. the room was quite small. I think they call it a 'studio' but it felt cramped. also, the soundproofing wasn't great, i could hear noise from other rooms, but the bed size was my biggest issue. it felt more like a single bed than a double, definitely not ideal for two people.

i appreciated the gym, pool, and classes offered. having laundry available was also a plus. there were many spaces to relax or work as needed. it seemed like they had thought of everything.
the bed provided was a bit too small for two people. the room was almost too minimal for my taste. i noticed there was only a bin in the bathroom, slightly inconvenient.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the facilities were great and well thought out. everything needed for a super comfortable stay was available. the location is good, with a pleasant walk down the canal and walking distance to the tube.
